GoDaddy has an excellent culture, an engaged team, and good access to leadership.

They take feedback from employee surveys and act on it, and are genuinely trying to be the best they can be, looking at where they have fallen down and making it better.

The company is doing well, bringing in new products and stretching what they do. I think the total compensation package tends to be well above average if you include all the benefits, which are excellent.

Being a large company, it's sometimes harder to get decisions cleared and made quickly in the way a small company can. This means GD loses some agility at times, which can be frustrating. (That said, their speed of action on the pandemic was just staggeringly well done).

Try to make decisions clearer, faster, and more sticky!
