Process

First, a phone interview with a non-technical manager.

Then, an on-site interview with a technical manager.

This was a typical Java developer position interview.

First, there was a 20-question multiple-choice test on Object-Oriented Programming.

This was followed by a verbal one-on-one interview.

The job was software development in Java (back office).

After my interview, I met a director-level person, who was again non-technical.
