Process
I had a phone interview, and it was of medium difficulty. There were two tasks that I solved eventually.
I was quite annoyed by the interviewer always trying to make me compile every line, which I prefer to do after finishing the function coding.
After the interview, I never heard back from them. What a shame.

Stable Corporate Job
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

February 14, 2015
Pros: Probably the best big financial sector company to work for as a software engineer/developer.
Strong interest in each employee's job satisfaction and support for career development.
Interest in using new technologies and programming concepts.
Allows (to a degree) a more flexible model for software development.
Cons: While one of the better big financial companies, it's still a place with a very corporate, conservative, and bureaucratic style for software development. The strong divide between management and engineering often leads to misguided decisions and a feeling of wasted effort. There's a lack of interest in investing in R&D.
