I was invited to a diversity event. At the event, I spoke with multiple senior members of teams and Managing Directors.

I was then invited to a "super day" at the NJ office with multiple teams from different tech divisions. Following that, I had another full day in the NYC and NJ offices with the teams I liked the most.

On that day, I met with a Managing Director from each tech division I was interested in. Each full day had approximately eight interviews.

The interviews were generally discussions, and the topics varied depending on the interviewer. There were not many coding questions, and they were quite easy, focusing on algorithms and recursion.

The interview process is quite lengthy. However, during the interviews, you are encouraged to ask as many questions as you desire. I learned a great deal about the company throughout this process, including:

• Division and team structure (I received a comprehensive overview)
• Expectations
• Day-to-day responsibilities
• The origin of requirements
• Competition
• End-of-year reviews, promotions, and bonuses

Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions.

If multiple teams or divisions extend an offer, you have the opportunity to choose your preferred team and division, which is a nice feature. The Managing Directors are very involved and will assist you in finding the best placement, even if it's not within their own team.
