Applied at a campus career fair. Received an email later for a first interview and then was invited for an on-site interview.
The questions were both technical and behavioral.
There were two interviews: one on campus and one on-site.
The recruiter was very nice, occasionally dropping hints when I wasn't sure how to proceed. They reviewed my resume and asked about things I had listed on it.
Technical questions on Java (my preferred language) were asked, such as "What is the JVM?" and "What does it do?"
I was also asked a case question, which was similar to asking how I would write malloc.
My onsite interview included behavioral and technical (data structures) questions.
