Process
The CodePad interview was not great. I smashed it, but the interviewer did not say a word. There was no encouragement or immediate feedback.
In the final round coding interview, one interviewer did not seem to know what he was asking about. He was very unprofessional and arrogant. I don't think he is even an engineer.
