To be honest, it was a toxic experience.
I was contacted by a recruiter/sourcer through LinkedIn. After a discussion on the phone about my background, they sent me a HackerRank test.
I completed the HackerRank test, and then my phone screen was scheduled for 10 days later. I cleared the phone screen as well, and after that, there was nothing from them for nearly two months.
I constantly followed up almost every 2-3 days, and all I got was, "We will update you."
Once, the HR person randomly scheduled the "super day" but never sent any invite or timings. After constantly asking/pestering, they told me to forget about that particular "super day" and to wait.
Then again, after I constantly wrote emails, they scheduled a "superday," and this time it did happen. It consisted of three interviews, each 45 minutes long, back to back.
I fared well, and the next day, I got an email saying the interview went positively and they wanted to schedule an informal call to discuss my compensation expectations and the logistics of my candidacy.
This call was scheduled twice, and both times, five minutes before the call, they canceled it.
Then, one day, I received an email stating they were not moving forward with my candidacy.
