Software Engineering Interview Experience - Cambridge, Massachusetts

Process

I took HackerRank and HireVue assessments and didn't hear back.

There were some tricky probability questions in the HackerRank math portion, but the programming was easy.

I would say it's kind of tough to make it past the digital stage if you don't have a good resume or something to help you stand out.

Pros: Would not recommend at all. I was asked by several people if they should accept job offers, and I told them no. Lucky for them, they all turned it down.

Cons: Horrible benefits. Payroll is horrible. I was paid over 5 pay periods late due to management not doing their jobs, and I'm still waiting to be paid while posting this review. Management doesn't support their teams. It took over a week to get a call back, Skype response, or an email back.
