Pros: Would not recommend at all. I was asked by several people if they should accept job offers, and I told them no. Lucky for them, they all turned it down.
Cons: Horrible benefits.
Payroll is horrible. I was paid over 5 pay periods late due to management not doing their jobs, and I'm still waiting to be paid while posting this review.
Management doesn't support their teams. It took over a week to get a call back, Skype response, or an email back.
