Pros: Good and productive, well-mannered interview.

Cons: There was a time limit, and I needed to complete it within that time.

Pros: A good name to have on your CV.

Cons: Overall, working at GS was a profoundly disappointing and demoralizing experience. * Very outdated and chaotic approach to software, definitely not a place to learn best practices or learn anything at all, really, in regards to software. * Many people there have an over-inflated opinion of their technical abilities, don't listen to advice, and end up making bad decisions. * Very poor work-life balance. * Very poor communication.

Pros: Flexible and nice medical insurance and pension.

Cons: Some weeks are harder than others.
