Pros: Lots of internal mobility and growth opportunities.
Interesting engineering problems and solutions.
Great and generally nice people.
Great package (6-month maternity/paternity leave, private insurance).
Good work-life balance (at least in engineering).
Cons: Personal growth is very much communication and career-driven. For someone who just wants to solve interesting problems on their own and doesn't want to spend much effort on corporate staff, the job may seem less rewarding.
