Pros: The organization has a light tech giant-style interview panel. It's good practice.
Cons: The work and production environment is a nightmare. Tooling is atrocious, with supremely anal security theater. Daily work perpetually has incredibly high friction. Projects are assigned after joining, and some are horrible. Management is highly questionable. The total compensation and the minimal technical information administered by ex-giant folks isn't worth it.

Pros: - Some really good teams (but difficult to find)
- Good pay
- Some amazing managers
Cons: - A lot of boring teams requiring deep financial knowledge (as a SWE, I don't care about these things).
- A lot of politics.
- Slow-moving projects due to many interdependencies between internal products.
