I felt that the interviews were fair, but I didn't like the fact that there was so much time in between interviews.

Pros: The organization has a light tech giant-style interview panel. It's good practice.
Cons: The work and production environment is a nightmare. Tooling is atrocious, with supremely anal security theater. Daily work perpetually has incredibly high friction. Projects are assigned after joining, and some are horrible. Management is highly questionable. The total compensation and the minimal technical information administered by ex-giant folks isn't worth it.
