Pros: Except for the brand name and the compensation, there aren't many pros.

Cons: Long working hours. No work-life balance. No rewards and recognition for good work. People who write more emails than code are appreciated. Too much politics when it comes to reviews, ratings, and appraisals. Too much attrition. People keep quitting due to various reasons. Managers are disrespectful. Not good for Engineering. (I saw a post about GS wanting to be a tech-first company, but that's a very long way to go.)
