Great company to work with, especially in Technology. GS uses all the latest technologies and offers greater freedom to work. Even people with 25 years of experience in technology still code! They are the first ones to jump in to fix any production issues. There are hardly any "dump" managers who will "eat your brain."
Work-life balance is very bad. You will be end-to-end responsible for your delivery.
