Good Work, Disorganized Management
Great place to work. Good people. Interesting work. Less red tape than some other banks.
Upper middle management is disorganized and not pulling in the same direction.
Suboptimal communication exists between BU and central teams.
Personally, I suffered from being in a different location than the majority of the team (but that won't be the case for everyone, of course).
