Pros

Good pay, good benefits, opportunities for career growth galore, opportunities to learn new things and try different roles by working on several things at the same time.

Cons

Can be quite intense and cutthroat depending on the team. Long hours seem to be the norm.

Can be high stress (depending on the team).

The yearly review/performance/bonus cycle can be quite painful (you can have a great review and get a good bonus, no bonus, a pay cut, or be let go depending on the needs of the company).

Staffing can be super crazy, as it is usually a very lengthy process and can be crazy hard to get someone through the hiring process.
