The monitoring for the ABO is inhumane; this is definitely not what humans should be doing. The "team lead" Sa****tha from Bangalore is a bully to the onshore associate. It's a shame that Goldman is letting TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, etc., bring their in-house team leads.
