The company is filled with intelligent people, who seem highly skilled in their roles. It was certainly a good experience to have worked for very competent managers.
There is little flexibility in how you do the job. The company is (for good reasons) very risk-averse and everything is tightly controlled. The experience of working in a globally distributed team is probably also not for everyone and certainly means it is hard to build a 'team spirit' with people you will never meet face-to-face.
The office space is a bit on the depressing side. I didn't like the 'battery-chicken' layout of the desks and the lack of any decent social areas. Maybe making the working space a bit more pleasant would be a good plan.
