It's great to work here.
Experienced no cons so far.
HR scheduled a CoderPad round with the link and meeting. For me, two rounds of CoderPad were scheduled, with only one round per week. I received an email from HR for each session. They mainly ask coding questions that are available on GeeksforGeeks
Single interview, LeetCode style medium/hard questions, with follow-ups regarding Python concepts and backend architecture. The interviewer was a little arrogant, and the interview was around 1 hour+.
I attended 9 rounds of interviews. 1st round: Written technical MCQ questions. 2nd to 8th rounds: All technical, except for 2 managerial rounds. 9th round: A telephonic round. The call came from Hong Kong. This was a very lengthy process. Completin
