Culture can be toxic and make it feel like there's nowhere else to go, as you won't be fulfilled anywhere else. If you stay there long, just know there will be a point where your skills will be obsolete in the market. Reinvent yourself or leave around the 5-year mark.
Should care about people more, more empathy.
