Overall, a great place to work
- Lots of opportunities here to work with different technologies/languages.
- Professional colleagues.
- Collaborative environment; people are easily approachable regardless of the location.
- Delay in adopting new technologies, as in most banks, but things are much better here.
- GS likes to create wrapper software around any open-source solution, while it's better with solutions in the cloud now.
- There are no much growth opportunities here if you join as a VP.
Review titles, everyone quickly gets a VP, and after that, there is no growth really. Only a few people will ever get to MD, and many people don't want that.
