Approves of CEO
Pros

Phenomenal teamwork and razor-sharp focus on achieving deliverables. Great compensation.

Cons

For a technology-focused professional, it's a big letdown. The technology standards are very low, even primitive. The work environment is haphazard, with zero SDLC adoption. It's an SQL-focused shop, with very poor Java/middleware skills amongst employees. Most technology employees have extremely limited skill sets on enterprise Java or C#. As a result, they gravitate towards SQL-based solutions for any type of problem. This may be a big letdown for prospective employees looking for exciting work in the enterprise middleware space.

Advice to Management

Nothing.

Continue the good job.
