Very meritocratic up to VP; after that, it is all about clique politics
Great high-performance culture. Lot of opportunity and visibility for smart folk. Good mobility opportunity.
VP+ becomes very political; too many sycophantic meetings; too much HR b.s. masquerading as "people development". Diversity has become an obsession. Also very top-heavy now.
Shed some more senior management and get rid of the clique sycophants.
