Pros: Nice people, nice office, and salary.

Cons: Some managers are very ego-driven.

Pros: Good WLB and a relaxed atmosphere.

Cons: You will not push any boundaries as a senior here. The web-based tech on the back end and the front end as well is years behind and moves very slowly.

Pros: We work as a team; we win as a team. No thought, idea, or suggestion goes unnoticed, and people are encouraged to drive and push innovation in every aspect they care about, whether it's personal, technical, inspirational, or just fun. There are obviously so many more pros, as I see it, but as well as cons, this is highly individual.

Cons: Too many operating principals! As it goes for the pros, it depends on the person. If you're not up for a fast-paced, no-sugar-coating culture where people want to hear what you have to say, then perhaps we are not a best fit, but I'd suggest you reconsider.
