I've had the chance to work on cutting-edge products with some of the smartest, kindest colleagues in tech. Leadership is thoughtful, the mission is meaningful, and the scale of impact is unmatched. If you're looking to do purposeful work while continuing to grow professionally, Google is an incredible place to be.

Cons: If I had to name one drawback, it would be that navigating such a large organization can sometimes be challenging. It takes effort to align cross-functionally and ensure your work is visible in such a big ecosystem. That said, once you learn how to navigate it, the opportunities are endless.
