Overall, it was a great experience. Regardless of whether I had or hadn't gotten the job, it was a great learning opportunity. It was about a 3+ month process, so a lot of waiting and anticipation. The interviews consisted of two 45-minute interviews (however, mine went overtime). They asked me about previous projects and then a series of technical coding questions, along with some conceptual questions.

Pros: Great resources, great food, and activities to do around campus when you are not working. Great networking events.

Cons: The company is not as diverse. My host was not willing to help me whatsoever. Even though it was a developmental internship, I had to figure everything out on my own.

This type of culture made me feel more part of a team and interested in what different types of people were doing at the company.

Cons: Put calorie information up for the cafes.
