HR called me and asked open-ended questions about why I wanted to work there and what interesting things I'm into. I wasn't super prepared because I didn't really care to get the job.

Then, I had a phone screen that served as a technical interview. It ignored anything on my resume and asked a brain teaser question followed by a very easy question. It was a waste of time.
