The first thing you do is apply, and I took a referral from a colleague that was helpful. After a few months the recruiter will reach out and give you an assessment to complete. After you pass the assessment, you get 2 virtual rounds (1 tech DSA and 1 behavioral). You'll receive the results in one week, and if you pass, you'll have an actual on-site in 5 weeks max, and the onsite will contain 2 tech DSA rounds.
