I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
The recruiter I was scheduled to have a call with was terrible. First, she didn't even remember the date our call was scheduled for; I had to remind her via email after waiting over an hour for her call. Once she finally called me, I noticed that her level of Spanish was very poor, both in speaking and comprehension (ever since the call was scheduled, the message stated that the first call would be conducted in Spanish), so she barely understood what I was telling her. I would ask her questions and she didn't even know how to answer me. Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a recruiter, especially since I held Google in such high regard. Finally, once the call ended (it lasted just under 15 minutes), she sent me an email almost instantly stating that they would not be moving forward with my candidacy.
