Room for innovation/self-growth
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States
October 25, 2021
Pros: Room for innovation and self-growth are major aspects of the workflow at Google. They seem to be invested in long-term growth and retention within the company.
Cons: The interview process was long, but it also held the ability to get streamlined if competitive offers were in play from other FAANG companies.
Unlike smaller locations, it's easy to feel lost in the day-to-day and short on visibility, given the vast amount of projects ongoing at any time.
