Software Engineer Interview Experience - Mountain View, California
Process
My first interview was organized by one recruiter. I conducted it during the holiday season and performed well.
I was hoping the next step would be an on-site interview. However, I received an email from another recruiter stating that the first recruiter had left and he would take over and reschedule another phone interview.
It was unclear to me if the second interview was due to the recruiter change or the result of the first phone interview. Regardless, I could not clear the second phone screen as I could not complete a binary tree puzzle on time.
