Pros: Most of my time at Google was great, though I must say they were starting to lose direction toward the end of my time there.
The shift to focusing all resources on AI was jarring.
Cons: Your experience at Google will heavily depend on your manager.
I have experienced what it is like to have a great manager as well as a terrible manager.
Internal mobility has gotten difficult, so it's possible to get stuck with the latter.
