Google recruiters were helpful and great resources. The process was clear and provided good resources for all candidates, especially the candidate preparation class. Designing and coding on a whiteboard was a great experience (if you had good interviewers).

Majority of interviewers I had were good; I enjoyed spending time discussing design and problem-solving. However, like at other companies, there were still interviewers who just spent time reading their papers or playing with their phones instead of talking to the candidate. If this were like my company, these interviewers would most likely be there just for promotion. You might find an interviewer who tries to show you who the boss is instead of discussing and learning about you and your skills.
