First, I had a very light software screening. It seemed to validate that I do know at least about what I claim on my resume.
Interview after a week on-site with 5 engineers (2 of them SETI).
It was an amazing experience. All interviewers were very friendly. They made me feel much less stressed than I was. Questions and problems were addressed like two co-workers trying to figure something out.
