The interview process was straightforward and took no time at all. I did the phone screen, and it was straightforward too. Your mileage may vary, though, since I've seen some tricky technical phone interviews. I was scheduled for an onsite, but got rejected due to meeting their quota.

Cons: Facilities teams make decisions that people don't like without clear explanation at best, and at worst, many contradictory explanations that turn out to be after-the-fact justifications.
