Software Engineer Interview Experience

Process

Three rounds of technical interviews, with no behavioral questions.

The recruiter's attitude is really friendly.

First round was the hardest, then gradually each subsequent round got easier. The interviews were back-to-back.

  • The first round asked a probability and derivative-related math question, and a regular expression match.
  • The second round covered pthreads and array operations.
  • The third round was the easiest, in my opinion, just a quite normal OJ-type hash question.

Questions

Pthread, probability, regular expression
