Pros: Google has a very good culture.
Management is very open with employees, and information flows from top to bottom continuously.
Google has a lot of learning opportunities.
A lot of authors and researchers come to present their work and give talks to employees.
Benefits are good.
Cons: The main campus is very crowded. People share either large cubicles or work in open space, so it is very easy to get distracted, especially when a group of people have a discussion or someone speaks on the phone. It can also be hard to find a good place to make a personal phone call.

Pros: Google focuses a lot on inclusive culture, to make sure (or try to make sure) people of different genders, races, etc., are treated equally. Also, Google has a strong focus on people's growth, with many open resources, which is a good place to start a career.
Cons: The promotion system is generally slow. Since there are so many teams, one may need to work hard to find a real problem to solve.
