Fun, good time. Easy to hard. Exceptional with critical thinking questions asked about the background. Behavioral interviewers were confusing to some, as they contradicted each other at times. Overall, though, a good experience.

Pros: The best technical people are striving to do things really well.
With a lot of resources, you can do it. If you want to learn from talented people and do things better, this is a great place.
Cons: You have to catch up to that level, so work hard, harder. Not everyone is Googley.

Pros: Good work culture, good food.
Cons: Hard coding and hard work will not lead to promotion, even for a basic junior to senior.
Past experience is not considered.
Meeting expectations at work, documenting everything, and good story writing only help for promotion as per the current process.
