I applied at the career fair. After one month, I received a notification from HR stating they were willing to conduct a technical interview with me. It consisted of two back-to-back phone interviews. After that, I entered the host matching phase and was matched with three groups. Finally, I received an offer from one of the groups.

Politics.
The GRAD system is causing stack ranking of teammates.
Even the smallest tasks become hurdles due to process or seemingly unnecessary requirements.
No autonomy.
You need allies in your team to progress; if you're the only person of "your kind" in your team, good luck. I am the only other American on my team (non-white); my teammates are constantly speaking in non-English languages, and I am left to fend for myself.
Basically Amazon now.
