Process
I didn't even get to an interview because of a no-show recruiter.
The recruiter reached out to me, then bailed twice in a row.
She had a weak excuse when she missed the first appointment, and then we set up a time to meet the next day. She missed that appointment, too.
It has been a week, and there has been no contact or acknowledgment whatsoever of her missing the call. This is incredibly unprofessional.
Even if she contacted me at this point, I will pass.
