Software Engineering Interview Experience - New York, New York
Process
Typically, there were two technical phone interviews. They asked me for a third one the day after I completed the first two. The interviewers were friendly. However, for my third interview, no one called at the scheduled time, and they rescheduled only after I contacted them. They do not appear to be very organized.
They gave out some hints but wanted to see you struggle. I feel like the interviewers had a very specific set of questions from which they chose and which they had created themselves.
