I applied online and heard back from a recruiter within two weeks. The first step in the interview process involves two back-to-back technical interviews. They provide coding problems in your preferred language, which you type into a Google Doc. They got back to me a little over a week later to let me know I would not be moving forward.

- You do regular full-time employee work, so your work feels meaningful and impactful.
Cons: It's currently a one-year contract, and if you didn't perform well enough, then you won't be brought on as a permanent employee. However, the stats show that over 90% of people get in, or something really high like that.
