Engineering Manager
2 systems interviews, 1 coding, 2 behavioral. An interviewer coordinator provides study materials and guides you through. Communication was inconsistent. Some ghosting in the process. No feedback after interview was complete.

It went pretty smoothly. The initial interview was with HR. The next interview was split into three sections with different teams, including managers and engineers. Everyone was respectful and asked insightful questions.
