Excellent amenities, food, and coffee everywhere. Fun events.
However focused towards diversity Google proposes to be, they are very white-male oriented. Until the upper management changes demographics, it will be difficult to shift this. Also, the cult of being "googley" freaked me out and was applied in sometimes overly harsh and impersonal ways.
Help your employees be more empathetic and open-minded.
