Intelligent coworkers. Dogs are allowed at the office. Excellent food. Unbelievably huge infrastructure.
It is increasingly bureaucratic.
It features almost entirely proprietary tools and a code base.
Perverse incentives for promotion lead to counterproductive churn.
It is very difficult to find answers to questions, though AI tools were improving that.
Align priorities and rewards with actual results for engineers and end users, rather than bloated promo projects.
