I can't speak for everyone, but it does feel like from the top down, there's a concern for everyone's welfare. Good policies are in place to make it easier for parents and caregivers to take time off during the pandemic to look after others.
And of course, they pamper you with food, events, and great compensation.
When everyone's back at the office, things feel a little tight.
And you'll have to move desks. A lot.
