You've got to put a lot of work in, and working with so many talented people can be intimidating. Some of the people (especially those who were here before the IPO) can be a little full of themselves (but most people are pretty down-to-earth). Also, with so many people working there, it can sometimes be easy to feel a little powerless, and you might not have the same sense of personal accomplishment that you do with a smaller startup.

Awesome experience. Timely; everyone was helpful and friendly. Didn't get an offer, but the recruiter made sure to extend an offer to work with me again if I were to apply in the future.
First, get connected with HR. Didn't have an online assessment or phone interview in my case. After a 5-round (4 technical interviews and 1 behavioral interview) onsite interview, I had two more additional interviews.
I had a phone screen followed by the onsite. At the onsite interview, I was asked quite hard questions and I was able to solve them. This was my third onsite interview, so I was quite well prepared. Rejected, stating my performance wasn't consistent
