They interviewed me for the role, and I told them I have experience. They told me that this is a job where you write code that does stuff with computers.

Soft skills were the main focus, with many questions about past experiences and different facets of prior roles. There were some programming-adjacent topics, but overall, it was an easy lesson. One, two, three, four, five, six.

I spoke with two HR representatives to schedule the interview. I had two phone interviews, approximately a month apart, both focused on coding. I did not perform well on the first interview, but they offered me a second chance.
