Great co-worker, free food, great view of the Bay.
No parking. The commute is bad in the city.
I had the worst interview process with Google, but it wasn't because of the interviews themselves. I started off with a really great, responsive recruiter who scheduled two technical phone screens about a week and a half out. The phone screens happen
Easy, no-code challenge. Just the typical meet and greet. Everyone was very friendly. It seems like a good company to work for. They did ask some technical questions surrounding database structure and architecture.
This is a classical "Cracking the Coding Interview" type of interview. It needs a bit of improvement. It is not hard if you work on all those questions on the internet. However, if you don't, it is kind of harder to pass.
